Welcome!
I’m Brooke Clavesilla, and I provide individual psychotherapy and trauma-informed yoga for those who are ready to reconnect with themselves, heal generational patterns, rebuild self-trust and create more freedom in their lives. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout and patterns such as over-functioning, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-abandonment, self-blame and self-doubt.
As a woman of color, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing your own needs while navigating family, cultural and social expectations. You may feel responsible for everyone around you while quietly carrying the weight of your own struggles. Perhaps you’ve spent so much time caring for others, achieving, adapting or surviving that you’ve lost connections with your own needs, desires and inner wisdom.
Healing is more than reducing symptoms. It’s about creating the freedom to show up as your authentic self, trust your voice, honor your needs and live in alignment with what matters most to you.
Through providing individual psychotherapy and trauma-informed yoga, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, deepen self-understanding and gently release the patterns that no longer serve you. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and move toward a life rooted in authenticity, healing and freedom, I’m here to support you.
“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence. It is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
